Why Linville Gorge
Linville Gorge is often called the “Grand Canyon of the East” — a twelve-mile wilderness canyon carved by the Linville River, beginning at the dramatic 150-foot Linville Falls and running through more than 11,000 acres of federally protected wilderness. Table Rock’s summit trail and the easy walk to Linville Falls are two of the most popular ways to take it in.
Carved With the Same Appalachian Craft
A gorge carves differently than a peak — instead of a single summit, it’s the drop of the canyon walls and the line of the river that give the piece its depth. Every carving starts with real elevation data turned into an accurate 3D model, then CNC-carved and hand-finished in black walnut, cherry, white oak, or ash. In white oak, Linville’s sheer walls come through clean and sharp.
Make It Yours
Every order starts with a digital 3D rendering for your approval, so you see exactly what you’re getting before a single cut is made. Choose your size, your wood, and how you’d like it mounted — desk, wall, or both.
